Abstract
A previously healthy 2-year-old girl who presented with a new-onset seizures. Parents stated that she woke up in the morning of presentation and vomited four times. She subsequently developed right-sided hemiplegia and right eye deviation laterally with teeth grinding and lip smacking. MRI brain showed a non-enhancing mass in the left superior parietal lobule, measuring 5.2 cm.
The patient underwent tumor resection.
